Terms of Service

• Service - the tanukisudoku.com application available online.
• User - a person using the Service.
• Account - registered access to the Service linked to the User's email address.
• Digital content - sudoku boards, stats and gameplay features provided electronically.

The Service includes:

• generating 9x9 sudoku boards,
• online gameplay,
• local and (when logged in) cloud progress saving,
• stats, achievements and hints.

It works in a browser and can be installed as an app (PWA).

Registration requires:

• an email address,
• a password,
• a login (nickname).

Providing a first and last name is optional.

One account per User. The User is responsible for keeping their password safe. If access is lost, a password reset function is available.

The User gets immediate access to Digital Content upon plan activation.

By starting to use paid features, the User agrees to the immediate execution of the service, thereby waiving the right to cancel the agreement and receive a refund for the active period.

Include:

• your account email,
• a description of the issue,
• the date it occurred.

We respond within 14 business days. We specifically recognize:

• lack of access to promised features,
• game-breaking bugs,
• data loss caused by our server failure.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of technical breaks.

We regularly back up data on the server, but we are not liable for data loss caused by force majeure or third-party actions.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the last 12 months.

Until March 31, 2027, all plans are free.

These Terms may change - the current version applies from the moment it is published on the site. Users with active accounts will be notified of significant changes via email.
