Privacy Policy

• Playing without an account: Your game settings and stats are saved only locally in your browser. You are completely anonymous to us.
• When you create an account: We store your email, password, chosen plan, as well as saved games and stats. This data is securely stored on servers in Europe.
• Payments (starting April 2027): We will introduce premium features payable via Stripe. We will not collect or store your credit card numbers - Stripe will handle them securely. We will only keep information about your chosen plan and billing history.

Accounts are optional - they let you sync your progress across devices and unlock premium features. Your data is fully protected, and no other user can access it.

To know how to improve the app, we use Google Analytics. It helps us collect anonymous stats (e.g., page views, games started or won) to understand how you use our site.

We do not use this data to track you across other sites, and we do not show any ads.

When the app encounters an error, it automatically sends us an anonymized report to help us fix it. We never transmit your form inputs or the current board state.

If you notice any issues with the game, you can always report them to us directly at contact@tanukisudoku.com.

• Local data: You can download it anytime from the app settings (Export/Import profile).
• Account data: To get a full copy, email us at contact@tanukisudoku.com (we'll prepare it within 7 days).
• Account deletion: To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email contact@tanukisudoku.com (we'll delete it within 30 days max).

We will notify you by email (if you have an account) and via an in-app banner about any major changes. Current version effective: 2026-05-20.
